BB&S Fence has many different square picket styles available, from a closed top fence, to an open type picket fence with a pyramid cap. Those are available in flat, scalloped, stepped, or arched. They could also be custom made to a configuration to possibly match an existing fence. Pool code compliant fence is also available, however, always check with local laws for proper design and acceptance.
Bristol
Our Bristol style is designed with a 2" x 3-1/2" top rail, a 2" x 6" bottom rail with LEVEL 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" pyramid topped pickets extending above the top rail. This style is available in 3', 4', 5' or 6' tall. It can also be made to a custom height as needed. Typically, a 6' tall requires a 2" x 3-1/2" mid rail, which is centered between the top and bottom rail. Picket spacing on the Bristol is approximate 2"
Talladega
Our Talladega style is designed with a 2" x 3-1/2" top rail, a 2" x 6" bottom rail with a SCALLOPED 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" pyramid topped pickets extending above the top rail. This style is available in 3', 4', 5' or 6' tall. It can also be made to a custom height as needed. Typically, a 6' tall requires a 2" x 3-1/2" mid rail, which is centered between the top and bottom rail. Picket spacing on the Talladega is approximate 2". The shortest picket is 4" lower than the tallest picket.
Nashville
Our Nashville style is designed with a 2" x 3-1/2" top rail, a 2" x 6" bottom rail with a STEPPED 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" pyramid topped pickets extending above the top rail. This style is available in 3', 4', 5' or 6' tall. It can also be made to a custom height as needed. Typically, a 6' tall requires a 2" x 3-1/2" mid rail, which is centered between the top and bottom rail. Picket spacing on the Nashville is approximate 2". The shortest picket is 4" lower than the tallest picket and the stepped picket starts with the 3rd picket in series.
Fontana
Our Fontana style is designed with a 2" x 3-1/2" top rail, a 2" x 6" bottom rail with an ARCHED 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" pyramid topped pickets extending above the top rail. This style is available in 3', 4', 5' or 6' tall. It can also be made to a custom height as needed. Typically, a 6' tall requires a 2" x 3-1/2" mid rail, which is centered between the top and bottom rail. Picket spacing on the Fontana is approximate 2". The shortest picket is 4" lower than the tallest picket.
Homestead
Our Homestead style is designed with a 2" x 3-1/2" top rail, a 2" x 6" bottom rail with alternating height LEVEL 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" pyramid topped pickets extending above the top rail or mid rail. This style is available in 3', 4', 5' or 6' tall. It can also be made to a custom height as needed. Picket spacing on the Homestead is approximate 2"
