BB&S Privacy with Lattice Top styles, the Richmond style is a privacy bottom with a 1-3/4" square lattice accent top. The Richmond is available in a 8-1/2" or a 12" lattice exposure. The Richmond is available in 1 color, White. The Almond, Clay, and Stone are available, however, the lattice portion would need to be white due to the unavailability of square colored lattice. This style fence is very popular in 2-tone. The Richmond has a 2" x 3-1/2" top rail that is slotted to accept the lattice. The mid and bottom rails are a 2" x 6" decorative (deco) rail, the mid rail is slotted to accept the lattice. A unique feature of the Richmond is a slotted post, which accepts the lattice and produces a very clean look. The 7/8" x 6" interlocking tongue and groove boards are inserted into the deco rails for a secure, wind resistant fence.
