BB&S Privacy with Picket Top styles, Martinsville, Dover, Darlington, Chicago, and Seekonk, have common traits. The Chicago has a steeped open top picket design. These styles are available in 4 colors - White, Almond, Clay and Stone. The top rail is 2" x 3-1/2", the mid and bottom rails are a 2" x 6" decorative (deco) design. These styles have 7/8" x 6" interlocking tongue and groove boards that insert into the pockets of the deco rails. The top and mid rails are also routed to accept a 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" picket.
